Makers Market Spreads Its Wings at MV Lumber Yard With Outdoor Market, Music, Crafts & More – Sept. 21

Whether you're already a Mill Valley Lumber Yard devotee or have yet to check out the historic property that Matt and Jan Mathews have transformed into a multi-faceted community gathering space and retail and foodie destination, we're gonna let you in on a little secret: it's nearly full!

Stacy King's Lulu Design Jewelry opened there in May, followed by the relocation of Once Around, which moved from its downtown space in July, as well as the opening of Watershed Restaurant from Ged Robertson and Kyle Swain that month as well. Also in July, Mad Dogs & Englishman, an innovative, creative bicycle shop that debuted in 2018 in Carmel, opened at MVLY. That array of businesses joined an ever-burgeoning roster of MVLY tenants that started with Molly de Vries' Ambatalia and Gayle Nicoletti’s Bloomingayles, and later added Serena Armstrong’s FarmHouseUrban, Suzy Ekman’s Makers Market, Amy Lowery’s The Edit, Chelsea Hutchison’s BOL Superfood Cafe, and Paige Mycoskie's Aviator Nation.

That's a lot to digest, both literally and figuratively!

Makers Market's slate of monthly (second Saturday) Outdoor Markets continues on Sept. 21, spanning most of the MVLY property with 15+ independent creators, artists and makers and offering the perfect moment to check out all that MVLY has to offer. In addition to all of the makers below, the event will also feature live music, a kids craft and a soap felting workshop from Once Around and much more.
