The 56-minute film and virtual reality experience explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what we can do about it, featuring candid interviews with kids and young adults who suffer, or have suffered, from anxiety and what they’ve learned about it. It also includes an interview with multiple gold medal-winning Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with experts in the field, including Tracy Foose, the former director of UCSF Anxiety Disorders Program.
