The Outdoor Art Club, one of Mill Valley’s oldest and historically important nonprofit organizations, has unveiled its annual list of Outreach Grant recipients, and once again it's supporting a laundry list of discrete projects within Marin that further the Club’s purposes.

The project's listed below needed to fit with the OAC's purpose of being "dedicated to the protection and beautification of outdoor spaces, wildlife conservation, and other civic, literary, and charitable work." They span 20 local organizations garnering $55,000 in grants.

Here they are:
Center for Domestic Peace: To fund three weeks of child-parent therapy.
City of Mill Valley: To purchase emergency neighborhood kits for 30 Block Captains.
Curtain Theater: For the set, props, and costumes for the 2020 Shakespeare in the Park season.
Enjoy Mill Valley Fund: For downtown plantings, “Welcome Mill Valley” kiosk renovation, and a sculpture installation at the Mill Valley Community Center.
Homestead Valley Community Association: For the creation of a fire-safe demonstration garden in Homestead Valley.
Lifehouse: For native garden plantings.
Marin Foster Care: To fund two forums for foster parents.
Marin Symphony: To fund two shows, and educational materials, for 120 local high school students.
Marine Mammal Center: For necroscopy kits to aid in autopsies of beached whales.
Milley Awards: To underwrite the attendance of one award recipient at the awards dinner.
Mill Valley Chamber Music Society: To bring two professional musicians to local schools.
Mill Valley Philharmonic: To fund one free preview performance for 250 people.
Mountain Play: For a “Hello Dolly” concert at The Redwoods, with ASL interpreters.
O’Hanlon Center for the Arts: For outdoor lighting for the center’s pathway and stairs.
The Redwoods: To purchase furniture for the Hospice Serenity Garden.
St. Vincent de Paul: To support grants to people in crisis in Mill Valley and Marin.
Schools Rule: To sponsor one table at the gala fundraiser supporting all Marin public schools.
Send It Foundation: To fund a scholarship for one cancer survivor to attend a five-day surf/bike program.
Throckmorton Theater: To fund scholarships for three children for a half-day summer camp.
Whistlestop: To deliver meals to seniors and terminally ill adults under 65 years old.

And the correct award for Marin Symphony is tickets for 150 low income children to attend a Family Concert
